- Land Clearing – Clear Brush & Weeds, Moving Mulch, Moving Soil Piles
- Soil Preparation – Filtering Compost & Worm Castings, Prepare And Apply Soil Inoculations
- Tree Planting – Make Compost, Re-pot Plants, Gather Seeds & Cuttings, Plant Seeds & Trees
- Tree Maintenance – Trim, Fertilize, Water And Maintain Trees, Tend Nursery Space
- Farm Maintenance – Labeling & Organizing, Clean & Wash Equipment, Repairs As Needed
Administrative Volunteers – Working To Keep The Vision On The Right Track
- Answering phones: Answering phones and providing information about the organization’s programs and services.

- Event organizing: Planning and organizing fundraising events such as galas, auctions, car washes, and other creative events.
- Fundraising and Soliciting Donations: Help develop creative funding strategies. Calling or emailing potential donors to solicit donations. Planning and organizing fundraising events such as galas, auctions, car washes, and other fundraising projects.
- Grant writing: Writing grant proposals to secure funding for programs and services.
Social Media Volunteers – Working With Community Connections To Inform And Involve The Entire Maui Community In The Reforestation Of Lahaina.
- Social media marketing: Using social media to promote fundraising campaigns and events, advertise for volunteers, and other strategies.
- Develop posters, videos, and other media advertising.
- Managing social media accounts: Help create media strategies and and updating social media with the organization’s programs and on-going events.
